My weekend stay in Cēsis with my family was cozy with clean and comfortable rooms. Despite initial reluctance, we received a better, larger room that overlooked the road. The hotel offers Wi-Fi and televisions with international news channels, which was convenient. The service was friendly and helpful, although the staff seemed distracted during breakfast. The location couldn't be better, being close to the town center and in a pleasant park with beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was good for this level of hotel, although it fell below the standard set by the rest of the hotel's services. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in certain areas.
